Kakinada Smart City RTO office is under Construction for past 2 years, Causing inconvenience to public . This road Work is a long pending , public are put to Toss with construction not being completed for years - no divider makings, no Lighting , no safety.
Even the Replay on Spandana is passive, they say they will complete, years passed, no Development , public are falling and accidents are quite common on this Road. కాకినాడ స్మార్ట్ సిటీలో ఒక రోడ్డు నిర్మాణానికి 2 + సంవత్సరాలా?
